1. RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.Olitt

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact us at dimigawdntee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • If we determine the item was defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping or offer a prepaid return label.Olitt

4. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability. Please mention what you’d like exchanged for when submitting your return request.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective).TermsFeed

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
